meat pickle

Ingredients: Goat meat one kg, curd (whipped) half kg, tomato paste one cup, ginger, garlic paste one tablespoon, ground red chillies to taste, turmeric half teaspoon, coriander one teaspoon, salt As per taste, green chillies five hundred grams, oil two cups, crushed pickle as required, kalonji one teaspoon, fennel (roasted) one tablespoon, cumin (roasted) one teaspoon, fenugreek seeds as required.

Composition: Add ginger, garlic paste and all spices to curd and mix well. Now add meat to this paste and keep it for two hours. Then heat the oil and add tomato paste and cook for some time and add the meat mixture and fry until the masala separates from the oil.

Now add water and boil the meat on low heat, then add pickles and keep it to cook for some time. Cut the green chillies lengthwise and take out the seeds and fill them with pickle. When the water dries up when the meat is cooked, add green chilies to this masala and cook for five minutes on low heat. Delicious pickled meat is ready.

Chicken biryani

Ingredients: Chicken one kg, rice one kg, potatoes half a kg, cloves four, green cardamom four, nutmeg Jaotri powder half a teaspoon, badian flowers two, large cardamom two, cinnamon two, ground coriander three teaspoons, two teaspoons of cumin seeds, two teaspoons of cumin, oil as required, two large onions (finely chopped), ginger, two tablespoons of garlic paste, one cup of tomato paste, four to five green chilies. Number, a pinch of yolk, a cup of curd, salt to taste.

Composition: Wash the rice and soak it for one to two hours. Lightly fry the chicken and peel the potatoes and cut them into four pieces and keep aside. Then grind cloves, green cardamom, cardamom, bayan flowers and cinnamon. Now add oil and chopped onions in a pan and fry till the onions turn golden brown, now add curd, ginger, garlic paste, tomatoes and chopped green chillies and cook for two to three minutes. . After that, add chicken, potatoes and all the spices and fry well and add water and cook on medium heat until the meat and potatoes are cooked.

Now put the water in a pot to boil and add a little oil, salt and add the soaked rice to it and cook till it becomes raw. After draining the water of the rice, put one layer of korma and one layer of rice in the pan. Dissolve the yolk in a little water and simmer for about five to ten minutes on low heat. Chapli Kebab

Ingredients: Beef mince one kg, white cumin chopped one tablespoon, coriander (chopped) one teaspoon, salt to taste, green chillies four, tomatoes three, red chillies two tablespoons, green coriander one bowl, one and a half tablespoon of pomegranate seeds, two teaspoons of ginger (chopped), one teaspoon of black pepper (chopped), one onion, two eggs, six tablespoons of corn flour, oil as required.

Composition: Add minced meat, salt, cumin, coriander, green chilli, tomato, red chilli, green coriander, anardana, ginger, black pepper, onion, egg and corn flour and mix well. Shir Khurma

Ingredients: Milk one liter, cardamom (ground) half a teaspoon, sugar one cup, chohares ten, pistachios (chopped) half a cup, ghee half a cup, seeds one packet, pistachios, almonds (for garnish).

Composition: Heat milk in a pan and add cardamom powder and sugar to it and cook it for five to ten minutes on low flame. Now heat ghee in a pan and fry soybeans in it.
