
Kheer is a favorite dessert of children and adults which can be cooked in different ways to increase its deliciousness.
Today we are giving you the recipe to make delicious sweet potato pudding.
Ingredients
Milk: 1 kg
Sweet potatoes, peeled and mashed: 1/2 cup
Sugar: As required
Almonds: 10 pcs
Pistachios: 10 pcs

Put the milk on low heat.
After curdling the milk, when there is about 3 cups left, add the prepared sweet potatoes to it.
Sweet potatoes can also be taken out through a sieve or grinded with a blender with a little milk so that there will be no lumps in the pudding.
Also add sugar and keep stirring.
Peel and grind the almonds and add to the mixture.
When the pudding thickens, take it out in a dish.
Sprinkle pistachios on top.
Place in the fridge to cool. Serve when cool.
